Production Time Because every THRN case is made-to-order specifically for you, please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be created before it ships.

Shipping Time Once your order is printed and quality-checked, it will be shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days for domestic (USA) orders.

• Total Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of purchase.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses only in the United States.

What is your return policy? 

All Sales Are Final Since every case is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, invalid shipping addresses, or ordering the wrong phone model (e.g., ordering an iPhone 14 case for an iPhone 14 Pro).

Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged, or if there is a manufacturing error (e.g., poor print quality, wrong model sent), we will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
